Parks Master Plan Commentary Period Opens February 11
PARKS MASTER PLAN RELEASED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
City of Santa Cruz Parks & Recreation staff, with the support of Dudek Consulting, have worked over several months to revise the Initial Study Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Parks Master Plan 2030 to address comments received during the previous circulation period. The California Environmental Quality Act requires additional circulation when the study has been substantially revised. The Revised/Recirculated Initial Study Mitigated Negative Declaration will be released for public review and comments on Monday, February 11. The public will have another opportunity to comment on the potential environmental effects of the project for 30 days. At the completion of this recirculation period, Parks & Recreation staff will review comments and determine the appropriate next steps.
