Vital records (e.g. birth, marriage and death certificates, etc.) can be retrieved from the Santa Cruz County Recorder’s Office by calling (831) 454-2800 or visiting their webpage http://www.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/rcd/index.htm

  

IMPORTANT NOTE: The City Manager's office will be closed beginning December 19, 2014. We will reopen on January 5, 2015. Any Public Records Requests received during the closure will be processed as received on January 5. The 10-day response period will begin at that time.
