The City Council's Public Safety Committee is charged with reviewing public safety issues, including City policies and procedures and the Independent Police Auditor function.

Membership:

  • Councilmember Richelle Noroyan

2018 Meeting Dates: 

  • April 16, 5:30 P.M.
  • June 25, 5:30 P.M.  CANCELLED
    • The June 25, 2018 Public Safety Committee has been cancelled to allow staff and the Committee Chair sufficient time to prepare for a comprehensive study session on the status of mental health in our community.  The study session, tentatively scheduled for August 20th, is expected to include data, facts and statistics on mental health in our community, an overview of mental health services and facilities in the region, and a legislative update.

  • October 15, 5:30 P.M.
  • December 17, 5:30 P.M.

All meetings are scheduled in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
