In order to minimize exposure to COVID-19 and to comply with the social distancing suggestion, the Council Chambers and Tony Hill Room will not be open to the public. The meeting may be viewed remotely, using any of the following sources:

Access to City Council agendas and staff report(s) will be available for public review no later than 72 hours prior to a regular meeting and 24 hours prior to a special meeting.
The Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The current agenda packet is available for reference use at the Downtown Branch Library. Regular Council meetings are televised on Comcast Community TV, channel 25. The Council follows rules of procedure as set forth in the Meeting Guidelines.
If you would like to request extra time to speak on behalf of a group on a specific agenda item, requests must be sent to the Mayor and City Clerk Administrator by 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday before a Council meeting.
