An application has been received that includes a proposal for a General Plan Amendment/Local Coastal Plan Amendment to change a land use designation from LM (Low-Medium Density Residential 10.1-20 DU/Acre) to M (Medium Density Residential 20.1-30 DU/Acre) and rezoning from RL (Multiple Residence - Low Density) to RM (Multiple Residence - Medium Density) to construct 100 new rental apartment units within an existing 240-unit apartment complex (Cypress Point) on 8.89 acres at 101 Felix Street.
