Project Description

Coastal Permit, Design Permit, Slope Modification/Variance and a Heritage Tree removal Permit to construct a 0.79-mile paved bicycle/pedestrian trail along an existing rail line from the intersection of California Street and Bay Street on the west to Pacific Avenue on the east. (Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration) (City of Santa Cruz/Filed: 9/13/17) 

This project requires review by the the Planning Commission, who will provide recommendations to the City Council for final action, and Coastal Commission approval.
