Your health and safety is our top priority. We understand that the Coronavirus outbreak has seriously disrupted many people's ability to pay their bills, including the SCMU utility bill. If this is your situation, we kindly ask that you declare this to us along with some basic contact information. In the meantime, please note the following:

 During COVID-19 response...

  • No late charges will be applied
  • Utility service will not be discontinued for non-payment
  • Utility bills are due -- please pay what you can
  • There is no financial assistance available from SCMU
