The City of Santa Cruz has been awarded $952,000 for the Riverwalk Lighting Project from the California Active Transportation Program Cycle 3 grant program.
We are replacing some downtown bike lockers. The new lockers as well as the old will accept BikeLink cards only here on out -- ParkCards will no longer be accepted.

Local Santa Cruz and Regional Businesses Honored with Environmental Awards for National Pollution Prevention Week
The City of Santa Cruz in association with the California Water Environment Association will host the Pollution Prevention Awards 2017 on Sept. 21.
The City of Santa Cruz has begun construction of the 2017 Overlay Project funded by Measure H tax dollars to rehabilitate local streets.
Drivers, bicyclists and pedestrians are invited to the Street Smarts Traffic Safety Campaign Celebration on Weds., Sept. 13, 3 to 6 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Arena.
