The City of Santa Cruz has revised the Residential Green Building Program. As one of the earliest founders of a mandatory Green Building Program, Nationwide, it is our responsibility to continue updating and refining our integrated building standards.  As of August 1, 2008 version 3.1 of the Residential Green Building Program is the mandatory standard.
