To Report a Water Emergency Call 831-420-5220, Santa Cruz Municipal Utilities, to report a water emergency day or night. During business hours, a Utility Service Representative will take information and call the appropriate section for action on the emergency. After-hours emergency calls are forwarded to a duty person who acts on the emergency.
In the event of a major emergency, there will be a recorded message to provide information and instructions.
