2011-2012 (Permit Year Three)
The City is currently covered under the state’s General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Small Municipal Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s). The General Permit requires the City to develop and implement a comprehensive Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) to reduce the amount of pollutants discharged in urban runoff, and to improve and protect water quality. The Storm Water Annual Report provides an in depth summary of the City SWMP Best Management Practices implementation. The City is required to submit a Storm Water Annual Report to the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board by September 15th each year.
