SANTA CRUZ, CA -- Friends of Parks and Recreation (FOPAR), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Parks and Recreation programs and services, is pleased to announce the extension of the deadline for winter-spring scholarships for low-income Santa Cruz city residents. Special thanks to Omega Nu and the City of Santa Cruz for funding the new winter-spring scholarship program.
