Soquel Ave. – Park Way Intersection Improvement Project

On Tuesday, April 15 between the hours of 7:00am-3:00pm, the intersection at Soquel Ave./Park Way will operate in a 4-way stop sign manner.

The traffic signals will be taken out of service to allow for wiring to new poles and removal of old poles. Traffic signals are scheduled to be back in operation by 3:30 pm for the afternoon commute traffic.

The project consists of the widening on Soquel Avenue to install East and West bound protected left turn pockets. Additional improvements will be made to the affected traffic signals, signs and striping, retaining walls, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and storm drain system.

Expect intermittent lane closures Monday through Friday on Soquel Avenue, Park Way, and Park Way South throughout the duration of the project.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during the construction of these traffic safety improvements.
