High Efficiency and Dual Flush Toilets
Get a $150 rebate for replacing an existing toilet that uses 3.5 gallons or more with a qualifying high efficiency or dual flush toilets. These toilets use an average of 1.28 gallons per flush - 20% less water than a standard low consumption toilet.

To find out how various high efficiency or dual flush toilets are rated in terms of flushing performance, check the Maximum Performance Rating for Toilet Fixtures. The higher the rating, the better the flushing performance. We recommend selecting a model with a MaP flush rating of 350 or higher.
Flush Valve Toilets and Urinals
Get a rebate up to $150 for replacing a higher water use flush valve toilets with a new low consumption 1.28 gallon per flush valve toilets.
