The Department of Economic Development makes every effort to provide the most up-to-date property listings available within the City limits.
These listings are compiled on a bi-monthly basis and are reported by our local brokerage community and property owners. We will be posting .pdfs of the traditional "Downtown" and "Industrial" listings on this page as well as an .xls of all the listings that potential tenants can use to sort by street, broker or neighborhood as well as a one page overview of current market conditions. We are also making available a one page analysis of current market conditions based on the data reported by our brokerage community

Hard copies of our listings are available free of charge at the Chamber of Commerce (740 Front Street), the Downtown Association Kiosk (outside of New Leaf in the 1100 block of Pacific Avenue) and in the offices of the Economic Development Department at 337 Locust Street.
