On Site Help
Staff will establish traffic lanes to facilitate entry and exit from the distribution site. Volunteers will record information to track names, addresses of those who use this service. They will also record the number of sandbags taken by residents.
Limits of Service

The City will fill and place sandbags for residents who are physically unable to do so and who cannot arrange for a friend or caregiver to do so. This will be for those in threatened locations who are on the City's existing pack-out list. To request this service, call 420-5530.
Hearing impaired individuals may use the City's TDD phone line to obtain information. Call 420-5733 for instructions (Customer Service TDD phone line).
