The Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. The current agenda packet is available for reference use at the Central Branch Library. Regular Council meetings are televised on Comcast Community TV, channel 25.

Email Councilmembers
Email submitted to the City Council is public record. All City Council email that is general correspondence will be forwarded to individual Councilmembers, City departments as appropriate, and placed in the Central Branch Library Reference Desk for 3 months for public review.
Archives
The archives of City Council and Redevelopment Agency meetings, agendas, addendums, and minutes will be available soon through an electronic documents program, Surf City Records. The Central Branch Library keeps a one-year back file of agenda packets and DVDs of the Council Meetings.
