Comcast Going All Digital on May 7
Information for Residents
Posted Date: 5/6/2013 7:30 AM

Comcast is moving to a full digital delivery system in California to improve picture quality and free up bandwidth space to give City of Santa Cruz residents over 100 new channels, more High Definition (HD) choices, and faster Internet service.

Residents who don’t take action before May 7 will lose several popular cable networks such as CNN, ESPN, TBS, and MSNBC. Local channels such as our city channels and broadcast TV stations such as KION 46, KSBW 8, KCBA FOX 35, KQED, etc. will be affected in late June.

Customers who need to take action can either call 1-877-634-4434 or log on to www.comcast.com/digitalnow, and a representative will assist them and mail them the self-install adapters. They can also visit Comcast store locations to pick up their self-install digital adapter kits.
