Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services for Bay Street Reservoir Replacement Project, Phase 3

Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain qualification and experience information from Design-Build firms in order to pre-qualify firms for the design and construction of the Bay Street Reservoir Replacement (Phase 3) Project to be located in Santa Cruz, California. Once qualified, a shortlist of Design-Build firms will be provided the opportunity to submit technical and cost proposals in the second step of this two-step solicitation process. The preliminary estimated cost of the Project, as of the date this solicitation is being released, is $8.0 million.
