Due to the high volume and intense bass of a Bassnectar show it would be impossible for the show to comply with local sound ordinances. Thank you and please accept our apologies.
Fan Club ticket holders will need to contact the source of their purchase. All other ticket holders will be reimbursed for the full purchase price by contacting Santa Cruz Tickets.
Refunds are given in form of original purchase payment type:
-Check and cash payments reimbursed with cash (or check if preferred) via the Santa Cruz Civic Box Office, or call (831) 420-5260 to request a check.
-Visa and Mastercard payments will be credited back to original card - please come to the Civic Box Office or call SCTickets at (831) 420-5260 (as credit card numbers are not retained in our system).
-Discover card purchases- call UCSC Ticket Office (831) 459-2159; Tues-Sat 12pm-4pm
Besides Discover card purchases, all refunds will be issued from the Civic Box Office during normal business hours:
Tuesday through Friday from 11am-6pm and 10am-1:30pm on Saturdays.
