Change of Cart Size Request

Please use this form ONLY for requesting changes in the size of your refuse cart. For other services, call (831) 420-5220. There is a $8.16 service fee for customers who increase the size of their carts. There is no fee to downsize a cart if it has not been increased in the last 12 months.
The account holder accepts responsibility for this change in service and agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by the City Council governing refuse service.
