Project Description:
The Santa Cruz City-County Public Library System is inviting qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for consultant services to aid in developing a facility master plan for the library’s 10-branch system, including its Headquarters offices. The a facility master plan will be separate and unique for each library branch and will be aligned with the recently completed Compromised Service Plan Model approved by the Library Joint Powers Authority Board. It is the desire of the Library System to contract with a single entity to develop, support, and administer this process.
