Planning & Community Development 

The Planning & Community Development departments consists of five different divisions and varying programs. The divisions are located on two floors in the City Hall Annex, located at 809 Center Street in downtown Santa Cruz.

Closed Fridays

Beginning the week of July 1, 2020 offices and general phone/email services will be closed on Fridays due to the City's furlough schedule.

COVID19 - SHELTER IN PLACE

During the Shelter-in-Place, all public counters and walk-in options are closed for business, but services are still being provided through alternative means. Please call or email the division you wish to speak with for appointment availability and additional information.
