Pre-application review for the combination of four parcels, the demolition of two commercial buildings including one historic building, and the construction of a six-story, mixed-use building with 8,839 square feet of commercial uses and 170 residential condominiums (to be made available as rental apartments) with frontage on Front Street, Soquel Avenue, and the San Lorenzo River levee, located within the CBD (Central Business District) zone district and within the Front St/Riverfront Corridor of the Downtown Plan area.
