Project Description

SB330 and Preapplication Review to demolish a residential dwelling unit, combine two lots into one, and construct a 97 townhouse dwelling units located in the R-1-10 (Single-Family Residence District) zone district and in the Western Drive Master Plan.

A community meeting is required pursuant to the City's Community Outreach Policy for Planning Projects, and the feedback provided may contribute to alterations in the project design and additional project entitlements.
