If you would like to find out when your water meter will be read for billing, please enter your service address or account number below. We will email you a response within 1 - 2 business days.

(Please note: meter read dates are approximate - circumstances such as failed radio transmissions, cars parked on top of meter boxes, or blocked access to meters on private property can cause the actual meter read date to be earlier or later than the scheduled read date.

Per Municipal Code 16.11.050 (a) and (d), meters will be read as nearly as possible on the same day of each month. When the time between meter reads is less than twenty-seven days or more than thirty-three days, bills will be prorated according to department procedures. If a meter in working condition cannot be read, the charges for service shall be based on the estimated consumption. Such estimates shall be made from previous consumption records for a comparable time period.)
